Thank you for visiting this site. I am a certified social worker in Australia and a certified psychologist in Japan, and I have been specializing in the treatment of depression, anxiety disorders, and trauma (PTSD/CPTSD) for many years.

I have gained experience in a wide range of fields, including casework, student counseling at universities, gender clinics, domestic violence counseling, and suicide prevention hotlines. That's why I always strive to ensure that people of all life stages, sexualities, and cultural backgrounds can feel safe and comfortable during sessions.

In supporting mental health, I also value the connection between mind and body. Drawing on my experience as a fitness instructor, I strive to provide gentle care that considers not only the mind (thoughts) but also physical tension and the balance of the autonomic nervous system.
